Lyon & Feather is a Sheffield-based jewellery brand rooted in thoughtful design, material integrity, and the belief that what we wear can carry meaning without being loud. The brand was founded in 2013 under the name Tarr & Fether and reimagined in 2019 as Lyon & Feather – a natural evolution shaped by time, experience, and a clearer sense of direction.
Created by Tash, a fashion stylist with a background in visual storytelling and an instinct for detail, Lyon & Feather sits at the intersection of adornment and intention. Each piece is designed to be worn often and kept for a long time – jewellery that feels personal, grounding, and quietly expressive rather than trend-led.
All pieces are made by hand in small batches in the heart of Sheffield, using .925 silver, copper, and 9-carat gold, alongside carefully selected semi-precious stones. Raw crystal forms sit alongside refined settings, allowing the natural character of the materials to remain visible. Subtle variations are part of the process – each piece carries its own individuality, rather than striving for uniform perfection.
Lyon & Feather is informed by an appreciation for ritual, symbolism, and slow, seasonal living, without leaning into excess or theatrics. The work is calm, tactile, and intentional – designed for people who value craftsmanship, considered design, and objects that feel meaningful in everyday life.
