As all items are made to order, we regret we cannot refund or exchange items if they do not fit. 

We are able to resize some rings for £7 which is to cover postage back to you, please email on if you require this service.

If you are unsure of your ring size then please drop us an email first and we'll try our best to help.


Faulty/Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at and we will help resolve the problem.


Expected Dispatch & Order Production Times

All our jewellery is made to order, so the production time is currently 5 working days so please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

If your item has not been delivered

UK: Please wait 14 working days after ordering before emailing us about an undelivered item. In the unlikely event of a missing parcel, we can only make a claim after 14 working days after the item is sent, although we can either replace or refund you for the order. Lost packages are beyond our control unfortunately, but we always retain proof of postage.

Worldwide: Please wait 28 working days for your item before emailing us.
