Returns & Resizing
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of delivery. To do so, you must notify us by email within this 14-day period before returning any items.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Once approved, items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
Please note that made-to-order or personalised items are exempt from returns, unless faulty.
We’re able to resize some rings for £7, which covers return postage back to you. If you’d like to arrange a resize, please email hello@lyonandfeather.com before sending anything back.
If you’re unsure of your ring size prior to ordering, feel free to get in touch and we’ll do our best to help you choose the right fit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at hello@lyonandfeather.com within 14 days of delivery with details of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate and work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Expected Dispatch & Order Production Times
Most jewellery is made to order. Our current production time is up to 5 working days, after which orders are dispatched. Please allow 7–10 working days in total for delivery.

If your item has not been delivered
UK: Please wait 14 working days after ordering before emailing us about an undelivered item. In the unlikely event of a missing parcel, we can only make a claim after 14 working days after the item is sent, although we can either replace or refund you for the order. Lost packages are beyond our control unfortunately, but we always retain proof of postage.
Worldwide: Please wait 28 working days for your item before emailing us.
